Location: Jost Van Dyke and Cane Garden Bay
Today was a really great day. After oatmeal, we sailed to Jost Van Dyke where we played with some of the local kids. We got to play with some of them in the water, which was a nice change of pace. Another cool part of the day was learning a complicated knot called the running turk's head, which we used to make bracelets. We also saw a traditional caribbean sloop that was being built by the Jost Van Dyke Preservation Society and some of the local highschoolers. We met the infamous Foxy and he was hilarious. He spoke in poetry and told many jokes. Right now, I am sitting on deck enjoying the sunset and listening to the Beatles. Life could not be much better.
